How We Work

Shared responsibilities, visible outcomes

The team works across programs instead of in silos, which helps the organization combine pastoral care, cultural stewardship, and measurable delivery.

Cross-functional weekly planning keeps choir, archive, and family support calendars aligned. Every flagship program has a named owner responsible for participation tracking and follow-up. Volunteer onboarding and public communication are coordinated centrally to keep standards consistent. Quarterly reviews connect community feedback with budget decisions and program adjustments.
